This is a collection of books, and a few television show episodes dedicated to cooking and kitchen arts as a science, instead of a collection of recipe books. This is not to say there aren't a lot of recipes, but the studies of the texts focus more on the how-to's and why's than just a listing of ingredients.
Also included are a few random episodes of the Food Network show " Good Eats," featuring Alton Brown. The show captures what i was looking for in text form for this torrent, so felt the need to include a 1/2 dozen or so episodes.
This torrent is a collection of sources and resources from various parts and places of the internet. I take zero credit for the original uploading of the individual contents contained in this collection, and would like to thank those uploaders for their continued work.
For those a little wary regarding the size, there are a few things that may be able to be trimmed out of the collection. (the thought of which makes me twitch) You could in theory skip the Good Eats videos and trim some size. You could also skip Modernist Cuisine - The Art and Science of Cooking (Books 1-6) to trim some size off the torrent. those couple of books are almost 2GB for some reason.
